About Michael

I started serving my community straight out of high school by enlisting into the United States Marine Corps. Following my time in the Corps, I chose law enforcement and for 25 years, I served as a Trooper with the Arizona Department of Public Safety rising to the rank of Captain. I retired from that career, but never from serving this community — I just started doing it differently.

Today, I lead The Prochko Team at REMAX Desert Showcase, with Litchfield Park at the center of everything we do. For over 14 years, I've helped first-time buyers get their first keys, move-up and move-down families navigate the next chapter, and investors build real wealth through West Valley real estate.

Twenty-five years in law enforcement leadership taught me that integrity isn't negotiable, and people deserve straight answers — even when they're not easy. That's exactly how I work with clients. I lead with education, not sales tactics, because buyers and sellers who understand the market make better decisions.
